Go straight from school into the world of work! We guarantee to provide you with training at Rudolf Clauss which will provide a perfect introduction to an exciting and unusual career:
Surface coater (m/f).
Your job as a surface coater is to use a wide range of processes and techniques to produce the metallic coatings that customers want to have on components. You will learn the necessary theoretical basis of the job by completing a sandwich course / dual training course at a vocational college.
During your training you will get lots of exciting insights into our business – ranging from wastewater systems to the laboratory and quality assurance: you'll work in a wide range of different areas. The three-year industrial and skilled trades training course can be shortened by half a year if you obtain good results when you're at college and when you're working for us.

And what can you look forward to after the training?
If you do well in the training we will willingly take you on. That's because sandwich courses / dual training are the key element of our drive to recruit and retain staff.
As well as providing you with training as a surface coater we will also provide commercial training which focuses on a variety of different areas.
